Metrolina Greenhouses has always been a family business. Today, our company includes an expanded family of 800 year-round, full-time team members with the addition of 400 seasonal workers each year. We are dedicated to creating a world-class employee experience by developing excellent people who work with integrity and pride in the work we accomplish together each day as one team, or as we call it, One Metrolina.
